I even used to sell homemade li hing mui lollipops (iykyk) in middle school! But my first legit business was designing custom wedding dresses. I collaborated with a lot of photographers during that time and I was actually surprised that it was really possible to make a career out of photography. Now, I'm living a life I never thought was possible!

I'm a mom to two amazing kids - the sweetest 9 year old boy and the wildest 4 year old girl who is into all things Halloween! When I had my son, I was months away from getting my MA in Elementary Education and was planning to teach full-time.  But before even getting to hold him, I knew I wasn't going to want to spend any time away from him so I decided to put teaching on hold. I got to be there for his first time rolling over, his first steps, and even his first time being sick :( Being a stay-at-home-mom is one of the toughest but most rewarding jobs I have ever had. But, I knew I needed something to give me purpose outside of the house.
